The second race of the 2026 Serbian GT Sim Championship was held at the Ricardo Tormo circuit in Valencia. After an exciting season opener at Spa-Francorchamps, the drivers this time faced a technically demanding track where precision, braking and tyre management played a big role.
The race produced completely different stories in the two classes. While Luka Gigić took advantage of the incidents at the start to claim victory in GT3, the GT4 class saw close, unpredictable battles, with plenty of contact and position changes.
Qualifying: Kizić fastest in GT3, Jašić on GT4 pole
Predrag Kizić (Febi Intercars) showed excellent pace in qualifying and took GT3 pole position with a 1:33.397 lap. Behind him was Luka Gigić (Polovnjaci Racing Team), who also had strong pace and signalled that he would fight for the win.
In GT4 the fastest driver was Ivan Jašić (Auto Moto Revija), after several changes at the top during the session. Nikola Milosavljević (Rocket TT), winner of the opening race at Spa-Francorchamps, could not repeat his qualifying result this time and had to settle for a start from the second row.
GT3: A chaotic start and victory for Luka Gigić
The race started turbulently, and an incident in the very first corner had a big impact on the order. Late braking by Luka Brdar led to contact and a chain reaction in which Predrag Kizić lost the most. The pole-sitter dropped to the back of the field and was forced to start his fight back through the order practically from scratch.
Nikola Petković (AKS) got a great start, but it was soon determined that he had jumped the start. He received a drive-through penalty, which took him out of the fight for a high finish.
The driver who gained the most from the events at the start was Luka Gigić (Polovnjaci Racing Team), who took the lead and gradually built a gap to his rivals. Unlike the first race at Spa, where the win was hard fought, Gigić faced no serious challenges at the front this time. With a composed drive he kept first place to the end and took the GT3 victory.
One of the most interesting drives came from Predrag Kizić, who fought his way through the field after the first-corner incident. Despite losing so much at the start, he managed to get back into the GT3 top five, and the fastest lap of the race was further proof of his pace.

Less fortunate was Miloš Tomić (Lightning Racing), winner of the season opener. After a good start, an off-track excursion and a penalty made his race harder, and he was then forced to retire after completely losing his internet connection.
GT4: Milosavljević and Novaković battle to the finish
Unlike GT3, where things settled down at the front fairly quickly, the GT4 drivers spent most of the race in close duels.
Nikola Milosavljević (Rocket TT) was not happy with how his car behaved. Tyre overheating and stability problems made his drive harder, but that did not stop him from taking part in one of the most interesting battles on track.
His main rival was Ivan Novaković (Polovnjaci Racing Team), with whom he fought a long duel with very small gaps between the cars. Both tried to capitalise on every mistake by the other, and traffic on track made the situation even more complicated.

As the GT3 cars caught the slower GT4 class, drivers also had to keep an eye on the cars lapping them. It was exactly these situations in the closing stages that further shaped the battle between Milosavljević and Novaković, who kept fighting until the final laps.
Contact, track limits and penalties
The technical nature of the Valencia circuit caused plenty of track limits problems. Several drivers were penalised for exceeding track limits, which in some cases also affected their planned pit-stop strategy.
Among the drivers with such problems were Saša Gajić and Goran Stefanović, who races using VR equipment.
Besides the penalties, there were several contacts during the race, especially in GT4, where small differences in pace and frequent battles for position left very little room for error.
The second race of the season thus played out very differently from Spa-Francorchamps. Gigić seized his chance and won in GT3, Kizić showed his speed despite a bad start, and the GT4 duels once again confirmed how much uncertainty the championship's new multiclass format brings.
