Season 2025 left behind plenty of exciting duels, uncertain finishes and top-level driving, but what awaits us in the Serbian GT Sim Championship 2026 takes domestic sim racing to a whole new level. The new season brings a refreshed competition format, even stronger competition and a richer championship that gives motorsport fans more reasons to follow every single race.
The headline novelty is the introduction of a multi-class format, thanks to which spectators will follow a fight in two classes at once during every race. That means more action on track, more strategic outmanoeuvring, and the chance for fans to support two drivers and two championship standings across a single race weekend.
This year's championship brings together 26 drivers in 13 professionally organised teams, backed by 13 companies and sponsors whose colours will fill the starting grid. Varied car designs, team identities and even stronger competition will make the season more attractive and more interesting than ever.
The championship's general sponsor is again MEBIT, which continues to strongly support the development of the domestic sim racing scene. The championship runs with the general support of the Auto-moto Association of Serbia (AMSS), while it is jointly organised by the Sporting Auto Moto Association of Belgrade (SAMSB) and the Sporting Auto Moto Karting Association of Western Serbia (SAMKSS).
The technical delivery of the championship is handled by SOR Motorsport and Sim Master, whose cooperation ensures first-class organisation and a high-quality competitive experience throughout the season. The championship's media partner is AutoMoto Revija, which will follow every development, report from the races and bring the key moments of the 2026 Serbian GT Sim Championship to the public.
The season calendar takes drivers to some of the most famous racetracks in the world. The championship opens at the legendary Spa-Francorchamps, followed by Valencia, Watkins Glen and Monza, while the grand finale will be held at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya. The season comprises four races plus a closing event that will decide the 2026 champions.
Special emphasis is placed on the Grand Finale, which this year will be organised as an on-site event. Unlike the earlier races, which are driven online, the championship decider will bring drivers, teams, sponsors, partners and guests together in one place. Alongside the title-deciding race there will be a full-day programme for partner networking, company presentations and for the whole sim racing community to spend the day together — giving the Serbian GT Sim Championship a new dimension and making it far more than an esports competition alone.
